The Swapster API is implemented over standard HTTP GET requests. This allows Swapster
to be integrated with just about any application that can connect to the web.

Please let us know if you would like API feeds other than those listed here. Requests will be accommodated quickly.

Earn Points for your Referrals

In the above XML feeds you can modify the <url> element value by appending one parameter to the URL.

The URL element looks like this:
<url>http://www.swapster.com/view_item.php?Item=1127</url>

Modify the value by adding the aid param to the URL with your MemberId as the value:
<url>http://www.swapster.com/view_item.php?Item=1127&aid=123456</url>

Why add the "aid" parameter?
Visitors that click on the link with the aid parameter get a cookie that contains your MemberId and lasts for 15 days.
